This is the prognosis for the three unblocked Black Sea ports of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Ukrainian delegation member Yuriy Vaskov told Ekonomichna Pravda.
Ukraine plans to export grain to the same countries as before 2022 – China, Egypt, Türkiye, Indonesia. But a lack of commercial vessels might be felt immediately, Vaskov said: they will face a higher insurance rate.
